I moved out of one of the properties End of January 2024 since then I have contacted Guy several times in two week intervals asking for my security deposit. I kept getting the runaround saying it will be done by Friday or someone else should’ve mailed it off by now and then because he was on vacation. 4 months into leasing and they still haven't installed the dishwasher. And because the dishwasher isn't connected, the kitchen sink leaks everywhere and the hot water doesn't work. They lied before we moved and said repairs would only take 3 days. When the maintenance company came to install the dishwasher, Angel's Handyman (that seem to have a personal relationship with Core Max), stated he couldn't install the dishwasher because of the condition of the kitchen, which was leaking because the dishwasher isn't installed (in a... read more
