I'm so glad I found Dr. Gross. She's done a phenomenal job helping me rehab my knee and enabling me to train again. I was facing knee issues for several months that persisted despite my best efforts to manage my load and intensity when working out. I live a very active lifestyle and weight train regularly, and this injury was seriously affecting my ability to run and perform movements like squats. I'm amazed at how much better my knee feels after only a few sessions with her.

Audrey is incredibly knowledgeable about the body movement anatomy. I came with a bad shoulder that never let me workout properly the left side of my body and I felt improvements after the first session. Her systematic approach and thorough massaging techniques have helped me continue to improve over the last several months of coming to her therapy. I am finally hopeful that I will be able to completely fix a problem that has hampered my shoulder mobility for over a decade.

Dani has been absolutely amazing! I told her my concerns and she immediately went into action planning and making a protocol for us to target them; every 4 weeks for a total of 6 times. Dr. Brenda is super knowledgeable and helpful for the back pain which I have been having for the past few weeks. During my first visit itself, she assessed and understood the problem and worked straight on the adjustments. I already feel way better and am hoping this gets fixed soon. I am writing to express how much of a difference in my health- ability to take deep breaths, have better bowel movements, and gain some mobility back in my abdomen, that my visceral manipulation sessions with Audrey give me. 2 weeks ago I had the most TRANSFORMATIVE session to date.
