Great friendly family atmosphere. There are opportunities for adults to get a great workout while their children train in the karate classes. All of the instructors are friendly, enthusiastic, and respect a persons limitations. By far the best choice I have made as a place to have my family be fit and reinforce all the qualities it takes to be an all around good human being.
