Core Transformations is a gym that has classes designed to strengthen your entire body. The trainers keep you motivated and wanting to come back for more! The environment is not intimidating. Over the past two years I have gotten to know many great people and definitely feel more fit than I have in years. Like anything, you get out of it what you put into it.... If you are consistent and committed to going to Core Transformations you will without a doubt be happy with your results!
I have always been into heavy lifting, cardio not so much. I was talked I to trying Core out after Christmas. I loved it. I ended up doing the bootcamp that started a few weeks after and lost 25lbs. The trainers are great, knowledgeable and will modify workouts for injuries. The people are friendly and supportive. Couldn't ask for anything else. Great place to fall in love with��
I’ve been to many different gyms and this is the first place where I’ve actually looked forward to working out. Everyone is so welcoming and Daniel is supportive of everyone that walks through the door, no matter what your fitness level is. I’m looking forward to becoming a healthier version of myself with Core!
