I have been making payments for the solar panels and PG&E energy for 4 months now. The company was kind enough to offer to make the payments but I haven’t seen anything about that for a month. I've never done business with this Core solar, but they are not the CORE ENERGY/solgen company that is ripping folks off in California. They were also very patient with my misdirected anger and responsive, which is more than I can say for CORE ENERGY. they don't deserve these bad reviews for sharing a name with a disreputable company.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I wish I could leave 0 stars. I had these panels installed in JANUARY. They are STILL not turned on nor have they contacted our electric company. You will be STUCK with 2 electric bills (your current one AND the non-working panels). They DO NOT REIMBURSE solar panel payments AS promised. They just contacted me after several days asking them when they will reimburse just to tell they "not now". They only respond by text and not phone call or even email. horrible!!!!! You can't talk to a live person. it's all through text. 9 months and still my solar is not connected.
