Found the staff to be lovely but noticed absolutely no results.
The post pregnancy rehabilitation you NEED! I started with core restore to help my pelvic floor initially and after one treatment I was hooked. The results were instant. So naturally I decided to do a second one for good measure and try the emsculpt to help with my ab separation. Core Restore is the most welcoming and positive space. As someone who struggles with anxiety and a few post partum symptoms, the space and the beautiful staff always make me feel as comfortable as possible. Absolutely no judgement. The treatment itself is incredible— more people need to know that services like this exist. The team are so informative and always go above and beyond. One session my baby was very unsettled and it wasn’t a problem at all. I couldn’t praise Core Restore enough.
