RecommendedMy husband and I have lived here for about a year now. We have had three maintenance requests throughout the year, and they were all answered promptly and appropriately. Office staff is welcoming and approachable! Great price.
The staff are extremely helpful and are always available. For a student, it’s an easy walking distance to and from campus. Zero problems with the complex.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. we lived on the 3rd floor of the senate manor building and a few months in as winter was coming we started noticing condensation on the windows which would cause mold to grow very quickly. Then we discovered a HUGE amount of mold growing on the wall in the bedroom behind one of the dressers (which was not there when we moved in 3 months prior). There disgusting apartments they lie they break medical privacy laws they tell u your signing a 6 month lease only it means 7 the windows leak so bad the electric bill is $96 month for 500 SQ apartment nothing but a scam
Do not waste your time, money and sanity. 1.5 years of constant leaks, leaks that ruin walls and ceilings and are never properly fixed. Crumbling concrete that had to be cleaned up daily, bubbling paint and mold regrowing with every new leak. Windows that were so poorly insulated they leaked when it rained and caused electric bills to be $300-$600 for an 800 sqft apartment. I had to fight and be in constant contact to even try to get things done. Most weren’t. They rip people off and don’t care at all.

Do not EVER rent from Core Redevelopment in Indianapolis. They will gouge you for exorbitant rental rates, be unrelenting with lease agreement terms and inconsistently responsive in maintenance requests. There are MANY other high quality landlord properties in Indianapolis for people who are ethical and looking for moderate to luxury rental rates. Core Redevelopment DOES not meet the customer satisfaction expectations of renters in the mid/upper rental ability. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied.
Forcing insane price hikes on the elderly is absolutely disgusting! I hope you all are forced to go through what you've put these seniors through! They deserve a hell of a lot better than this!
Your tenants should not be without AC when it’s this hot outside. Requiring them to sign a new lease to get it fixed is extortion.
