As a family of 4, we have loved moving to the Fall Creek area. Our townhome has been phenomenal and anytime there has been an issue/concern, the office staff are quick to respond, especially Gwyn. The maintenance guys are always around and have a presence in our neighborhood. If things need to be done, they are quick to be out. I appreciate the communication and heads up of services coming such as lawn care applications because we have a pet. I would recommend their properties if you are in need of living downtown. Moved in 2-3 months ago and altogether a great company. The spaces are generous, the staff is helpful and maintenance shows up same day if something happens. Refreshing!
