Chris Johnson, the owner of Core is a terrible communicator, he will try to push his own mistakes financially onto you and makes threats without any care whatsoever of what may be happening in your life. I messaged him for 6 months trying to get him to do something about my upstairs neighbors’ loud sex, shaking my house and their aggressive behavior when I asked them to keep it down but he didn’t do a damn thing. Attempted to call several times and left several voicemails inquiring about a property I saw listed and never heard anything back.
Chris is professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the business. I was immediately confident in him and his capacity to support us through a very stressful time of listing our house for rent. We were not in town and we were sure he was handling everything for us very well. There were complicated details and various issues to follow up on and he handled all of it quickly and professionally. His experience and expertise in the field is invaluable. I was just paying rent and thought to leave a review, I have been in this unit for 3 yrs now and I have no complaints, the pricing is totally reasonable, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, the move in/application process was so seamless and quick I thought it was a scam! the leaf blower guy is annoying but the property is tended to weekly which is ultimately a good sign.
