I was just paying rent and thought to leave a review, I have been in this unit for 3 yrs now and I have no complaints, the pricing is totally reasonable, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, the move in/application process was so seamless and quick I thought it was a scam! the leaf blower guy is annoying but the property is tended to weekly which is ultimately a good sign.
I would not recommend, in my opinion they are part of the problem with renting, not the solution. Hits you with unexpected charges , then pulls the blame game when it’s something within their power. Uncaring corporate style management companies need to go. Seems they have problems with lots of people looking at these reviews (especially the one and two stars which also happen to be the reviews found MOST helpful ). One of the worst experiences I have ever with a realtor Chris Johnson don't recommend
I’ve been renting through this company for roughly a year and just decided to extend my lease! I love working with Chris. He is respectful, always professional, and if I ever have any issues, he is quick to respond and try to resolve it in a diplomatic and caring way. I plan on staying with this company until I move out of Oregon in a few years time.
Been renting with this company for the last several years. I do not recall a single interaction that has been pleasant with Chris Johnson. His communication is terrible and when you try to get clarification, he becomes hostile/defensive. No apology whatsoever comes from him. Despite my needs of having disability accommodations for certain things, has definitely made threatening remarks to try to scare me into not standing my ground.
