On January 17, my car burned in front of my apartment at Maplewood Crossing in League City. The French doors leading to the patio suffered damage. Also, two parking spots in front of my apartment were damaged. CORE, according to Progressive, tried to file a claim for property damage with them. Progressive denied the claim; I was not at fault for the fire. First, Maplewood put a tarp over the French doors, eliminating all natural light in my living room and kitchen. Terrible ownership, the apartments are bad, they enforce rules with the good people who would like some leeway but that ones that dont care and are trashy can do whatever they like. They raised the rent by 100$ yet they wont update any amenities. So tired of this company. I cant wait to be able to leave and never have to use them again.
There is no one that will listen or do anything about it so why give a review. Extremely poorly ran.
For this to be a corporate office why does the phone goes straight to voicemail and then it’s full and you can’t even leave a message this is very frustrating and unacceptable unprofessional
Nothing but professionalism. From dealing with management to maintenance it was all a positive experience.
