We dealt with CPG as our landlord for 2 years when living in Boston. Stephen was great and always responsive to what we needed. However, we were told by another member of CPG that we could not renew our lease due to our landlords son moving in. Worst experience! They what’s best for themselves rather than the tenant. I’ve only been with them for one year and I will never go back. They consistently provided late, or sometimes no, responses to serious or non serious issues. Everytime there was something wrong with the sink they gave me attitude when fixing it. (The sink was broken when I moved in) after they left they were blaming us for putting stuff down the drain which didn’t happen. moving out was a nightmare. I worked closely with Tyler over several years, and also had the pleasure of working with Zach. They are knowledgeable, communicative, responsive and collegial. It can be worrisome to trust others with issues of rentals and homeownership since the stakes are high, but these guys knew their stuff and would treat everything, small and big, with the same level of expert care.
