I worked with Stephen Rothstein to sell my condo recently. Given the market's recent downturn, the process could have been miserable, but Stephen smoothed over a lot of the headaches. I'd strongly recommend him for any condo sale in and around the North End
Completely unresponsive brokers with communications left unanswered for days. They’ve made following on showings, checking your application, or managing literally any connection you have with them ahead of collecting an astronomical fee nearly impossible. I’d avoid at all costs.
The worst landlords in Boston. Zero respect for your personal property in the apartment. While showing my apartment in March in Boston they decided to leave the porch door wide open. When I called them out on it apparently it was my fault. Thank god for the Furbo dog camera! What’s that saying Pictures are worth 1,000 words? Also will get you to pay a 3,000 Realtor fee just to raise your rent by $500 a month 12 months later. Could they rent it at that price? Ha, nope….
