Why TF does there exist a company that’s so arrogant as to block off an access road that extends from public road from 7:00 am (2 hours before work) until 6:30 (1:30 hours after work)? You do realize there are over 700 residences literally 30 yards away and this detracts from emergencies short of trauma, rideshare access, airport rides, deliveries… and this adds an up charge. Out of every property management company that I’ve ever dealt with Core members have been the best! Everyone from the people in the office to the maintenance team have always given me great customer service. I have a big beautiful 4 bedroom that they made sure was top notch when I moved in. They made it easy for me to move in, I have no regrets. I love my home and the professional staff. I highly recommend Core Property Management.
I have reached out through several emails and phone calls to Ryan Roberts for a possible retail rental space. Unfortunately, he never returned my calls or emails. His action are very unprofessional and makes Core Property Capital unprofessional as well.
