mark and the staff at core are simply amazing. i went to core when i had my total hip replacement last year and i been going back for therapy on my left hand. if it wasnt for core i wouldn't be at full range motion in my hip and hand. Thank you core for helping me i really appreciate it

Great place, great people they get you back to living life.
Mark Zamora and the staff at core are simply the best in town. As an owner of a CrossFit, and a competitor in the sport, I look to Mark for his expertise in human kinetics and exercise selection for not only myself, but my members as well. He has been a tremendous influence on how I train personally, and how I program for my gym. I couldnt be luckier to have a tie with such a great dude!
