This was the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. I was made to wait an hour and 45 minutes for am appointment that I has. I arrived earlier bc I had a appointment at 1 and also had an appointment at 245 they told me I could only do one appointment a day due to insurance. So I Said OK I will like to change the first appointment can I come back for my 245 appointment or should I wait the girl named Sira or cira told me no you can wait I moved the appointment up so they will be with you shortly. I had my physical therapy here after my total hip replacement. The facility is large, clean and the staff is super friendly. Lots of parking and they stick to their time schedule. My appointments alway started on time and I never felt rushed during my time there. I worked mainly with Chris and Lori. Both awesome therapist! They got me moving again!
