I was hoping to get a primary care provider but after working with the office, I will never go back to this practice. Very confusing on billing and they submitted the wrong service to insurance so I was overcharged, and they refuse to correct it. Very rude billing individual. Be careful, especially when scheduling wellness visits. They may have you come in on separate days because a specific staff person is not available, but when you come in on that separate day, they bill it differently. I went for a well visit which is covered 100% by insurance. They split it into a multiple visits as "patient set up" and then schedule for labs on different days so they could bill me for a service separate from the wellness visit I went in for. Avoid as they structure their practice to bill you and your insurance more. They even tried to do the same thing to my wife on her wellness, so she was able to skip the follow up.
