Trash place!! Don't waste your time. Had a noon appointment on a Saturday to establish PCP. Checked in 30 minutes early. Waited. I got called back to the room. And proceeded to wait another 45 minutes. 2 other people had got seen before me. One of them was a walk in with no appointment. They want to charge you $50!!!!!! For being 10 minutes late, but can't seem to keep their own schedule. I kept hearing them say they were a "little" behind. An hour is not a little behind. They have taken great care of me every time I have gone in.
My appointment with Kari Lopez, APRN, RN, was very productive. She truly listened to my medical history, made me feel comfortable, and clearly discussed our plan moving forward as I established care after moving from out of state.
