Impossible to set a massage appointment. Only there limited hours. Think massage services could be improved on.
Due to circumstances I had no control over I was running 7mins late. I called to let them know, as a good client does, and was told they would not do my massage. I do understand my time would have been shortened but that was not an option. Due to my career for the last 8 years being massage therapy I know that this is very unprofessional. I will not be rescheduling.
