It’s awful. They don’t call you back when you need them, if you complain how you’re treated, they punish you by taking away your counselor and moving you out of their office. Their staff is rude as can be and the Supervusir is narcissistic. The one redeeming quality is they have a counselor named Vicky who is wonderful and one receptionist named Austin who is very nice. Other than that, the place needs serious help.The only reason I’m giving it 1 star is because you have to in order to write a review.

i WISH i COULD GIVE 10 STARS! Dr Haghighi and his assistant Rose are amazing!! Not only did he stay after hours to get me in before a trip- he then came back at 9:30 at night to fix a problem the lab had made.Simply unbelievable!! I love them and their flawless work!!

I was favorably impressed with the doctor and his staff. I only wish the appointment had not taken quite so long
Staff is very friendly and always make me feel at ease. I have a small mouth, making it difficult at times to do the work I need, but they take the time for my comfort. They always have encouragement for patients as well as each other.
I was not looking forward to this, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Dr. Haghighi patiently explained every step of the procedure; I never felt rushed, always knew what to expect; and the staff were invariably kind, courteous and professional. Best of all, my Discomfort Level (on a scale of 1 to 10) never got above 1. I highly recommend Lower Columbia Oral Health!
Dr. Haghighi is wonderful! Now, I'm sure there are other great dentists in the Kelso/Longview area, but I wouldn't actually know because I have been going to Dr. Haghighi for over 20 years! I have had no reason to look elsewhere. He is the only dentist our kids have ever known. He has always been the cutting edge of techniques and imaging and has ALWAYS taken the time to explain everything as he goes. (Honestly, I am fascinated by how well I am educated during a visit.)
