Love this place! Summer & Leah are the best instructors! If you haven't been, you've got to try the SoulSpin Class and the Circuit training classes they teach! And the best weight/machine instructor is Kevin! The atmosphere is great and they are wonderful at motivating and encouraging you!
I loved the core!!! Summer Williams is such an awesome trainer and inspiration!!! I learned a lot and my first experience there, was my best experience!!!!! I will be back !!!!�����
