I recommend this place because if you are like me and don’t like moving, you will here. I HATE cardio but Summer makes it so easy yet so beneficial! This is day two and I can’t wait for the rest to come.
Nice facility but there are never towels available on the weekends. Better bring your own

Love this place! Summer & Leah are the best instructors! If you haven't been, you've got to try the SoulSpin Class and the Circuit training classes they teach! And the best weight/machine instructor is Kevin! The atmosphere is great and they are wonderful at motivating and encouraging you!
I loved the core!!! Summer Williams is such an awesome trainer and inspiration!!! I learned a lot and my first experience there, was my best experience!!!!! I will be back !!!!�����
