I was very impressed with Nick from Core. He was very quick to respond to all of my texts and very helpful during the service call. He gave me great suggestions on what I could do with my fireplace and even removed my frame and old rack without any extra charge. You can tell he loves his job and cares about his customers. He was extremely friendly and wasn't in a rush at all. I highly recommend him!! I don't write Yelp reviews often but he deserves it!
Don’t do business with this place I had a bad experience with them, they love you until you make the purchase after that you are a stranger, zero customer service and good luck helping you if you have any issue or repair. It’s truly nightmare dealing with them they made so many false promises.. bought a fireplace from them with lot of problems since day one last problem I texted the salesperson N. On April 23 2021 and still waiting for them to send a technician to repair it.
