I am so happy that Mark Matsumoto invited me to this Gym thats minutes from where I live. Its a caring family who are trained, Licensed professionals and are there for their members all the time. I am addicted to the kickboxing classes.
Kick ass morning classes, evening boot camps, kickboxing and affordable personal training. The trainers are AMAZING and they focus on your technique and find alternatives for all your physical disabilities. We are a fit family who encourages all newcomers. You will not get what you get at Core Evolution at an LA Fitness or any other gym chain. 5 Stars is a understatement!!!! I love my fit family and all of the individual support they give. You are never discouraged for being less that anyone else- You are valued in what you can do and encouraged to do your BEST. Dont get me wrong, they will push you! But they know you can give more! Would encourage anyone who wants to focus on health in a positive way- Join our Fit Family!
