The Core 7 staff is friendly, encouraging, and well educated in proper form and technique. The small group environment provides one-on-one attention from the professional trainers. There are always new exercises and modifications to keep my muscles guessing. It’s a one of a kind strength and stability program that guides me in achieving my personalized fitness goals. The workouts are challenging and fun!
Personalized approach, smart-build program and a lot of variety. I’ve done 6+ months of multiple sessions a week preparing for summer 2016 Olympics and rarely had to do the same exercise twice. Highly recommend Sherman if you are into core fitness and controlled, smart approach. Multiple levels make it easy to find what you need.
