Honest, dependable, does an outstanding job!!! Just had our furnace go out in the frozen tundra we are having and Cordts was here in a short amount of time, had the part needed on the truck and the house is already nice and toasty! This is just one of the many times Cordts has saved us in emergency situations including one holiday!!!

I've had Brad work on my house HVAC twice now. The first time, he came as part of a ServiceMaster callout after my basement flooded with 5 ft of water! He was extremely helpful, very sympathetic - which helped in a time of crisis. He communicated extremely well, arrived on time when he said he would, finished the job timely, and cleaned up appropriately.
