Currently, I am a tenet with Abbott self storage and been one for over a year and half. I am very disappointed about the lack of customer services and anyone at the office to help. Over the last month I have called , email , and left voice messages for someone to call me about my storage bill increase. No one has called or emailed me back. The worse customer service experience ever.
I would NOT recommend Byram Self Storage to anyone. I just spent about an hour reading their reviews on Google and it’s looking like only the Black customers receive bad Customer Service. The manager Cassie was rude and had Bad Customer Service. She offers a discount if you leave a good review. I had to move someone out of a unit because they didn’t have workers and refused to help. Rented a storage unit and have tried the code they gave me to get in the gate and have not been able to get in with it. I have called the after hours number 6 times and they said they sent a message to management and someone would call me back in 10-15 minutes and now 7 hours later no one has called me back. Very disappointed and has put us at a huge inconvenience bc now we have no where to put our stuff and have to be out today.
