RecommendedMany changes Being MadeI I enjoy living here. have lived here for 6 months. My neighbors are nice, we look out for each other. Management jumps on work orders right away. Big issues. like leaking roofs are now being addressed. The pool, in summer, is beautiful. The outside of these apartments may look rundown and unkempt, but dont let that disued you, inside isn't bad, the apartments are quite affordable. and it's a nice place to live! S.Woods

I enjoy living here and am way happier now than when I was living in my apartment. My townhouse is very spacious and my son enjoys having more space in his bedroom.

I enjoy living out here. Nobody bothers me and most of my neighbors are nice. There are roaches but, what do you expect living near the water. I want to upgrade to a townhouse before the winter.
Unsafe! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Had random people try to open and break my door in and actually had someone break the door down and they wanted ME to pay for it even with the police report and everything. Worst apartment complex ANYWHERE. Not safe at all. You're better off living under a bridge.
