Cordial Dental on Wall Street in Norwalk is the best Dentist office I have been to in 20 years. My Hygenist, Zainbar was kind and gentle on my teeth, and Dr. Bou is great too! Highly recommended.
I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, but after waiting almost an hour past my appointment time, I was never seen. The only explanation I received was that there was a delay. No clear communication, no time estimate, and no effort to accommodate me after such a long wait. What made the situation worse is that instead of resolving it that day, they rescheduled my appointment for an entire month later. Hygienist Zaniab was great she cleaned me up and also taught me the right and wrong about what I was doing with my teeth she is so knowledgeable in what she does can’t wait for my deep cleaning .. the whole staff there is great
