Cordial Dental on Wall Street in Norwalk is the best Dentist office I have been to in 20 years. My Hygenist, Zainbar was kind and gentle on my teeth, and Dr. Bou is great too! Highly recommended.
I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, but after waiting almost an hour past my appointment time, I was never seen. The only explanation I received was that there was a delay. No clear communication, no time estimate, and no effort to accommodate me after such a long wait. What made the situation worse is that instead of resolving it that day, they rescheduled my appointment for an entire month later.
