Trash everywhere, no security, you can’t even put your trash in the garbage can without stepping on a whole lot of garbage and Maria is very rude lady . When I first moved here 6 years ago it was beautiful now I don’t feel safe it dirty they just let anyone move in here now do what they want they pool is never open This place has went down down down . They charge you for someone else's mess. Someone spilled some nasty white stuff on the bottom of the stairs and because I live closest to it they are making me and my family pay for the cleaning cost. This place is horribly ran and managed I would not recommend anyone live here. And good luck trying to get into the office or to get anyone to answer the phone when you call.

I have lived here since they 1st opened the property back in 2017 and I have NEVER had any issues with the leasing office staffs nor with service requests not being completed in a timely manner (which I hardly insert any service request as everything was new when I moved in). Only issue I do have is parking spaces. There are many unauthorized tenants with 3+ vehicles, leaving no car space for actual tenants. But over all it’s a 10/10 community & I would recommend to friends and family. Also ZERO ROACHES. ☺️
