We owned a home in this development. Poor quality builds. Garage floor concrete cracked within first year. Floor tiles and grout came apart. Walls thin lots of noise from other units. People bought to get Florida residensey only.this was due to price . Then rented to Gulf coast college students, who of course where totally disrespectful of family's and other residents.
