We rented with Corder and Company and they overcharged us on rent for one month. They would not answer our calls, or return our messages to get our money back. It took over a week to get it back. Then when we moved out, we did a walk through with the property manager and she said the place looked great, there would NOT be any deductions. We provided her with receipts of carpet cleaning.
