Over the past 5+ years, I have taken in my Mercedes, a BMW SUV, and my Volkswagen Jetta in to Cordel. I have had nothing but excellent service with very fair prices. More than once, if a problem was identified, I would ask if it needed to be repaired right now and was often told it's just something to keep our eye on. I have never been encouraged to repair something when it wasn't broken. I also like it is a family owned business with 60 years in Omaha!
BEWARE!!! Unprofessional and Deceptive! Failure to communicate! They have had my car over a month! I've called several times to check on the status and they come up with additional repairs needed or excuses that parts didn't come in. They initially quoted the repair would only be $1,200 and now are asking for almost $5,000! Surprise, Surprise! By the way they completed an inspection two months prior and said there was nothing wrong. They also admitted to driving my car HOME...where is HOME? How do I know that this did... read more
