As backgound, our family has never gone through the process to try to cancel service with CBR and have been fortunate in never having to attempt to use our stored sample. We love CBR! They are amazing! They mail you the kit. The doctor clips the samples, then puts in the box. Then CBR drives out and picks it up, and keeps it stored for you.
Very disappointing experience. I have been a customer of Cord Blood Registry for over 15 years, and despite multiple attempts to use my stored stem cells for injuries and medical conditions, I was denied every single time. The response I received, when they did choose to respond, was always that they did not work with my doctors or providers, or that they could not release the cells for the treatments that I was requesting to use it for.
