We love CBR! They are amazing! They mail you the kit. The doctor clips the samples, then puts in the box. Then CBR drives out and picks it up, and keeps it stored for you.
Very disappointing experience. I have been a customer of Cord Blood Registry for over 15 years, and despite multiple attempts to use my stored stem cells for injuries and medical conditions, I was denied every single time. The response I received, when they did choose to respond, was always that they did not work with my doctors or providers, or that they could not release the cells for the treatments that I was requesting to use it for. The company has a lawsuit against them... After using this company I cannot recommend it. Customer service is lacking customer relations is lacking overall very disappointed with CBR.
CBR Cord Blood refuses to let us close our account unless we sign a “closure agreement” filled with unfair, one-sided terms. These include fabricated balances, demands to relinquish our rights over the stored samples, and clauses that replace the original disposition instructions from the sign-up contract — all while protecting CBR from any responsibility.
