This company is deceiving costumers and making their employees lie and argue to cover their wrong doings. We rented a place for our vacation only to find contaminated bed sheets and who knows what else!! The Manager said they are working on a compensation for me and they couldnt disclose that until we were done with our stay! Karen Marceaux deceived and withheld vital information from me on a property I purchased from her. She let me know she knew the seller well and had sold several units for them. I have dealt with this same scenario before but the realtor was completely unbiased between both parties as they were representing both the buyer and the seller. Worse company ever! Unresponsive, bad at all !
Awful property, and even worse management. I would highly advise against using this small, rude, and disorganized company. When we checked in, they had no information about our reservation. This company charged me more than double the amount we agreed upon, which by the way, is fraud. The entire home smelled strongly of vinegar, and the beds were at least 10 years old or more. It's unbelievable to have someone so knowledgeable and caring. I felt like Jodi had my back throughout the entire listing, selling and closing of my house.
