This was the first time using The Agency. We’ve bought and sold homes before, but they are by far the best! Sarah, Matt and Bri all made selling our home so easy. They got estimates and took care of managing all of our home repairs. We didn’t have to lift a finger!! Any issues we had, they were efficient and took care of right away. In the end, our house looked amazing and we got a great price selling our home. They are a great team and was so easy to work with. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Matt Lesher at The Agency just knows how to take care of ALL the tiny details and make it look effortless. He's an absolute pleasure to work with. I've known Matt for over 15 years now - ever since he sold our first home in 2004. Since then he has helped us buy and sell all of our homes since then, and every time has exceeded all expectations. His team is amazing, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and they are all an absolute pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend enough!!

Matt has always been a pleasure to work with. He has a ton of knowledge and experience in the Portland housing market. He is responsive, professional and thorough. He was willing to listen and work with me in a process that can be anything but simple. From listing to closing, my questions and phone calls were answered quickly. I highly recommend him.

I felt Matt Lesher and the Company , "The Agency, Inc. Realtors" went well above what I could have asked for! Matt was very patient and walked me through every step in selling my home. It took several months to sell my home (It was a lot of house which included an addition of 2 BR, 2BA and more, which increased the house's value and cost. He could have backed out, but instead he took every angle in finding the new owners!
