This was the first time using The Agency. We’ve bought and sold homes before, but they are by far the best! Sarah, Matt and Bri all made selling our home so easy. They got estimates and took care of managing all of our home repairs. We didn’t have to lift a finger!! Any issues we had, they were efficient and took care of right away. In the end, our house looked amazing and we got a great price selling our home. They are a great team and was so easy to work with. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
Matt was exceptional when I sold my tri-plex. He went above and beyond. A tree fell on my property prior to closing and Matt ensured we didn't lose the sale. He jumped in to help coordinate and kept things on track. His analysis of the offers was thorough and helped me make a solid decision.
