The staff is very kind and interested in my pets. They will ask everything about how they are and they listen to the stories I ramble on about when I talk about my silly, pets. Lol... They call me if I ask them for a reminder about an appointment; which is a perk! When I go there I meet a lot of friendly "humans" who are so willing to talk about their babies, too. Dr. Vokeman is the BEST!! We have been brining our dogs here since 1989...now my daughter brings her dogs here too
