Love this place and everyone who works here. Our Maggie decided that she did not want to have her nails trimmed yesterday and put up a bit of a tussle. The 2 techs working with her were wonderful! They didn't appear frustrated or frazzled by my cranky, old lady Golden Retriever who fought us in trimming her nails. I thanked them over and over as I truly appreciated all the hard work they did to get the nails trimmed. I feel the need to let any one who is trying to decide where to take their pet for well / sick visits needs to know how compassionate and caring the staff is at the Corcoran Pet Care Center are. I lost my friend of 16 years about 3 weeks ago and was treated so respectfully as well as proffesionally by everyone there.
They truly care about your pet and are great all around!!! Highly recommend.
We've brought both our cats to Corcoran Pet Care since they were kitties. The entire staff has always been very professional, caring and compassionate. Yesterday was a tough day. My wife and I had to have our cat Izzy put down due to kidney failure. This is the first time either of us have had to endure this. I want to thank Dr. Drummond and all the staff that have worked with our dog Kylee over the years. They have always been so friendly and caring with both our dogs, but for the last two years especially with Kylee and her lumps and bumps. Today was one of the most difficult decisions I've had to make, and Dr. Drummond just helped so much with the whole process. I can't thank him enough for all the advice, and help he gave us to make sure Kylee's last two years were her best. Thank you!!!!
Today was one of the hardest days of my life. Putting my pup Milo to sleep after years of health problems. Dr. Drummond knew her so well and was always so good to her. He knew it was time to let her go and helped me make this most difficult decision. His caring concern for us and our pup today will be cherished forever. We have been had animals at Corcoran since 1990 and would never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. D.
