No call, no show. Only after I email and text do they reply with a hurried “the agent canceled last minute.” Complete waste of time.
Dan Schuenke and Greg Mroz are the agents you need when buying and/or selling a home. Aside from their quick response time, their patience, knowledge, and quality of service from start to finish both met and exceeded our expectations. They made the buying and selling process smooth and ensured timelines were met. We would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for very easy to work with agents.
We recently sold our Kauai condo and I can only say that our realtor Tim Mira was unprofessional, unresponsive and dishonest. Had also offered to pay me $2,500 at closing because of all the problems we had with him which he never paid me, and in addition he never returned my calls or emails. My wife and I experienced the the worst real estate transaction in nearly every way with Tim Mira and Corcoran pacific Properties.
