Uninhabitable move-in, slow/no accountability. I moved into a Queen Anne’s Gate unit (managed by Corcoran Jennison/CMJ) and immediately found animal urine/feces under a baseboard heater, filthy floors, and unsanitary conditions. I reported everything with photos/videos and involved the Board of Health. An employee later entered my unit without notice (captured on video).
