They hire managers that like to scare, intimidate and just generally aggravate renters. Also not handicap friendly at all. God forbid you should ask for a Reasonable Accommodation or a handicap unit! Forget about getting approval. In the 3 1/2 years that I have lived in one of their apartments, they have turned down every request I have made for a Reasonable Accommodation.
