Not living in Georgia, I was fortunate to have a friend recommend Christie to me to list my condo in Savannah. She was wonderful and made the entire process painless. We corresponded primarily via text and email, she was available night and day and always prompt in responding and made it such that I never had to travel to Savannah from South Carolina. We were narrowed down to two final options after visiting fewer than 1p homes, then she helped me make that final decision. She negotiated a fair price and got me under contract quickly, then suffered all of my questions with a smile during the final step .
