One of the worst, irresponsible and unaccountable customer service agents with no sense of mannerism and phone etiquette. 1. First customer service agent put me on hold for 11 min to look into my file, which was very unreasonable! Proof is screenshot below. After getting back on the phone, gave misinformation that my cardiac reports were sent over the night earlier to my doctor I was referred by.
