Many issues with the process. Was told I’d get photos of materials, that never happened. Instead of the newel posts I wanted, I got the exact ones I told the project manager I didn’t want. This was important because I needed to be able to put up a baby gate… which I now cannot . I was told it would delay the project an unknown amount of time to find different ones because “it’s all Menards had” but my old rail had been demoed and I couldn’t risk someone falling (this was for a full banister rail where there is no wall). The work completed was a ceiling repair and painting. They did an excellent job. They came when promised and followed up when it was needed. I will definitely use Corbins again.
