Poor communication, chaotic and difficult to reach.
Great staff! Took amazing care of me & my needs!
They ghosted us on our taxes. We submitted our paperwork within the timeframe requested and…heard nothing. I called multiple times…no response. I even tried using the web form…no response. It’s sad that what used to be a great group is now wildly unprofessional.
Stay away! They bought Cooper and Jaskot in Myrtle Beach and it is amazing the vibe shift since they took over. As soon you get the letter that your accountant is selling out start shopping for a new one. Trust me it will save you some trouble later.
