This place looks nice but you can’t judge a book by the cover. There were bugs (spiders, Rollie pollies, crickets, beetles) all over the place and you paid to have it “sprayed” every other month. It was absolutely disgusting. We had little beetles crawling under our floorboards in the bathroom. When we moved out, they gave us a list of possible charges to expect but when we received our actual move out charges - it’s like they made the numbers up! I have stayed in Corbin Greens for over three years. I was the first resident in my unit after the construction. They almost every time charge a very high amount during the lease termination. I am aware of just a single sealing of the granite tops during my stay of over 3.5 years. The granite tops they advertise are not sealed properly and they charged me for replacing the entire granite top charging me over $3500. This is not an isolated case either. Horrible experience. Unreasonably expesive apartment. Worst staff members and full of lies. I stayed here for a year and when my lease was over and I decided to leave they charged me $1600 for oil stains in granite countertops(they said they had to replace those). Even I agreed to pay the process was full of lies. They charged me more than the average market quote. I dont write reviews but the way they have treated I had to. Stay away from this apartment!!!!
Have lived here for almost 3 years. Great experience, comfortable living space, respectful neighbors.
