We had the pleasure of having Rusel from maintenance install a new garbage disposal and electrical switch today. He is very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. On a scale of 1-10 he's definitely a 10.
New owner is terrible. We have lost many amenities and have had our rent and utilities raised. Went to the office this morning at 9:15 and not open; pool not open. Pool area looks terrible with the new plumber's pipes suppose to be fountains??? Jacuzzi has not worked all summer. TV's in the pool area? I don't think so. Along with all of this we have not been able to use the clubhouse all summer. Current residents should get a refund. It's not what we signed on for. Hallways are not being swept out
It was much better with the old owner now it is getting bad every day
