Today was my consult with Dr Winegar about a knee replacement. He was awesome! He made me feel comfortable and genuinely listened to my concerns. He is so smart and reassuring. If you go on his website you will see that he created a booklet about what to expect, how to prepare and answers many questions. I had interviewed another reputable orthopedic surgeon and have done a lot of research. I’m trusting Dr. Winegar with my knee. I’ll do a post op review as well.
Dr Winegar and Greg made me feel like family. My new knee is working great. I've had both knee replaced and if I had a third one Doc would get a shot at it too. Good people.
Dr. Winegar saw me for my knee problem. I was hoping a shot would take care of it and I wouldn't have to have surgery but no such luck. I've never spent any time in a hospital so was very nervous about what this would entail. Dr. Winegar was amazing. He was kind, straitforward, very knowledgeable and answered my millions of questions all while making me feel so much better about having surgery. I truly want to say that Dr. Winegar is the most personable doctor that I've ever met. He just listened, quickly got Intune with me and my medical needs. Dr. Winegar went over all my treatment options and helped me decide the best course of action and exactly what to expect. I followed his recovery booklet to the 'T' and I did all my physical. Now I'm at my 6 months mark, walking without pain, back to myself running around like crazy. I highly recommend Dr. Winegar If you are looking for expert knee care and/or replacement.
