I'm a retired physician. I appreciate Dr. Winegar's patience and "bedside" manner. I think technically he is very good with knee surgery. I especially appreciate his post op plan to get you through pain and into moving.
I saw Dr. Wineger for a consult on my bad right knee. The office staff and his wife, who took my x-rays, were very warm and welcoming. Dr. Wineger came in and never went over my x-rays or MRI with me. He just said, "You have three things wrong with your knee and need a total knee replacement."
