Would give no stars if I could. I have been on hold/ talking to them for over 6 hours just this month to get supplies. These supplies are needed for my daughter to be able to eat and live. I was told the order was shipped then the same day they called that I had to call back to release the order. When I called back several times with hold times of 30 mins or more and finally got someone was told only one person can release the order and they would call tomorrow. NO CALL and been on hold a total of hours just today. We would ... read more
