Impossible to get a hold of. They are famous for sending you in circles and never can help. Have been trying to get someone on the phone to correct a bill since FEBRUARY, it is AUGUST.
RecommendedTried getting hold of someone after 5 and on Saturday morning to find out where my delivery is which usually comes late morning or early afternoon on Friday. Got put on hold forever when recording says someone will be with me shortly. Why can’t I speak to someone? Smh

I had worked for Apria Healthcare for 13 yrs and I must say their customer service here in las Vegas sucks big time first of all order for piece of equipment was put in mid September waited no call so called October 18th guy said was missing Dr NPI number but he looked it was already there so he said he would get it processed so today I call them they said some � bull...
