Terrible service. They don't answer the phone and when they do they hang up on you. Takes forever to get anything done.
I feel so desperate working through Coram. I use prescribed sole source nutrition for GI issues. I have spent the last month working on trying to get mine refilled. I have been hung up on several times, been through loops of endless ringing, had people answer that had no clue how to help me (or care) and I have not received 2 promised calls back. I have explained my desperation. I’ve lost 12 lbs during this process and have still yet to receive any supplements. They legit don’t care and the customer service is horrid.

I have an infant on a feeding pump that was initially supplied by coram. This company is HORRIBLE!!! First their representatives are Not Helpful they are rude! No one at this company cares about the patients well being. My daughters insurance company had to call them and say "if you dont send this mother some feeding bags her baby is going to starve."
