Horrible. My disabled mother is almost a month overdue for her infusion treatment. There is no one at this company (nationwide) that has helped her. I understand that some locations are closing, but that is no excuse to let patients who need these infusions suffer because of it. Thank you for nothing but terrible service, I guess.
Every month that I call to reorder food, I am waiting on hold well over 45 minutes. To have to call and speak with someone to reorder food is time consuming and frustrating. I wish there was an option to reorder online or through an automatic system when calling. If the insurance would cover something different, I would switch immediately.
