We have had nothing but issues with this company. I started using them in December.. Twice now I have been told my medication would be delivered to me one day, just for them to not show up. I depend on this medication to stay out of the hospital. I was also assigned a nurse who doesn’t do her job. I have a PICC line and she is supposed to come do weekly bandage changes.. she never returned calls/texts so my doctor requested a new nurse and they had the same girl contact me.. and she never came/returned messages AGAIN.
