Poor care and even worse administration. My mother’s obvious skin condition was missed entirely, yet she paid over $200 with no diagnosis or resolution. She was seen twice for the same issue and told both times that nothing was wrong, despite visible symptoms. The billing practices were equally concerning. Make sure you know what you are talking about when you call and make sure things are set by your insurance because the front desk has no idea what is going on with anything or what is considered cosmetic or not so you would have to waste your time going in to try and see

I think that Dr. Cheng is one of the best doctors that I have ever gone to.She cares about you and what she is doing.I have been one of her patients over 10 years.Good luck with the new location. You and you husband have created very special at environment for all of us,thank you.
