This apparent complex has gone way down the past few years. Management is horrible and nothing has gotten done. We recently got new management and maintenance. Jose has been very helpful in getting things fixed in our apartment that we have been asking to get fixed for years. He also takes the time to explain and give tips to maintain what he fixed.
Coralwood court apartment is very clean and organized . "The building manager, kavin, and the maintenance guy Jose are fantastic. They are incredibly responsive and professional. Maintenance schedules is commendable. I always feel informed and respected as a tenant .Any maintenance issues I've had were addressed the same day. Highly recommended
I want to share on here how grateful I am to are new manager Kevin he just started and he got things fixed in my apartment already. These things have been broken for two years and I have been complaining to the previous managers and they never got it done. But Kevin did, he is on his job and keeps his word. He is friendly and profesional I will do hope he stays this places needs him.
