Witnessed this driver slam on his breaks and prevent a lady from merging at the intersection of 71st and Harvard heading north. At 61st the lady changed lanes and passed him and he proceeded to speed up and catch up to her. I waived her in front of me as I saw what was happening. At the light at 51st and Harvard he pulled up next to her, rolled his window down and proceeded to yell at her to use her F****** blinker. That is when I snapped a picture of his van and called in.
